How BankruptcyPlus.Com Can Benefit Your Law Firm:

1. Eliminate all bankruptcy petition preparation currently handled by an employee at your office.
m
2. Eliminate 75% of unnecessary client phone calls. BankruptcyPlus.Com handles general inquires from your clients for bankruptcy cases we are working on. All client contact is documented and emailed or faxed to you for your file. (Note: We are trained in UPL regulations and do not provide legal advice to your clients. We only gather general information for your review and direction.)
m
3. Eliminate a majority of your client intake interview time since we conduct a telephone interview with your client to obtain missing information on the Client Intake Forms or to clarify data in order to finalize the bankruptcy petition. This crucial step ensures a more accurate and detailed bankruptcy petition, which results virtually eliminating Deficiency Notices..
m
4. Be alerted to possible problems before the petition is filed.  We provide attorneys who use our service with an Attorney Summary Sheet of all petitions we process.  Important information, such as bringing your attention to unexempt equity is just one example of how we alert attorneys to problems that could develop and which require their immediate attention.
m
5. Client files are maintained at our office for each of your clients and are released at any time upon your request.  This helps minimize any storage problems and you also have a "back up" of client files if any catastrophe should occur.
m
6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Try our service. If you are unhappy in any way, do not pay the invoice. It's that easy! We require NO MONEY down.

Is hiring a virtual bankruptcy assistant considered
to be "sharing fees"?

Absolutely not!  You pay the invoice from BankruptcyPlus.Com the same way you pay a subcontract, temporary or other off site employee on a "per job" basis.  We are not paid by the debtor(s).  Our fee is only for services; much the same as when you pay your law office staff a salary. This is not considered "sharing fees" since your law office staff are providing a service to the law firm. The only difference is that BankruptcyPlus.Com pays all their own overhead including income taxes, office supplies, software, etc. Your cost is one flat rate per petition unless you approve and request additional paralegal time for special cases.
